     Irem Country Club features several outdoor pavilions to host a variety of events from weddings, showers and concerts to birthday parties, corporate outings and reunions.

     Located in the heart of Dallas, PA, Irem Country Club is easily accessed from Route 309 and is just 20 minutes from the Wilkes-Barre and Tunkhannock areas and 40 minutes from Scranton.

 

MAIN PAVILION

 

     With accommodations for up to 500 people for weddings, Irem’s spacious main pavilion is designed so you and your guests can move about freely while truly enjoying the great outdoors, come rain or shine. So versatile, you may choose a décor as rustic or elegant as you wish.

     Amenities include tables and chairs for up to 500 guests, full kitchen facilities for approved caterers, stage, dance floor area, lighting, restrooms within the pavilion structure and ample parking. The pavilion is handicap accessible.

(All alcohol must be contracted through Irem Country Club. No outside alcohol will be permitted on the premises. Food must be catered by an Irem Country Club approved vendor. Please see our list of preferred vendors for your catering needs)

2016 MAIN PAVILION WEDDING RENTAL RATES

 

Friday or Sunday $1000.00   Saturday $1500.00

Brand New Pavilion Deck: additional $250.00 for use during Cocktail Hour or $400.00 for entire reception

Onsite ceremony:  $350.00 Let the breathtaking Endless Mountains provide the scenic backdrop as you exchange vows on Irem’s perfectly manicured golf course.

2016 onsite ceremony rates include a decorated wedding arch, seating for up to 200 guests and ceremony rehearsal conducted by Irem’s wedding coordinator.

Up to 100 guests/7 hours use – $350.00

     This package includes tables and chairs, the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, stage, dance floor, electricity, handicap accessible restrooms and the removal of trash at the conclusion of your event. This package allows for the use of the main pavilion two hours prior to the event, four hours for event festivities and one hour cleanup.

Shriner rates available

 

101-200 guests/7 hours use – $625.00

     This package includes tables and chairs, the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, Irem Provost parking services (required for groups of 101 or more), stage, dance floor, electricity, handicap accessible restrooms and the removal of trash at the conclusion of your event. This package allows for use of the main pavilion two hours prior to the event, four hours for event festivities and one hour cleanup.

Additional hour: $35.00

Shriner rates available

 

201-700 guests/8 hours use – $800.00

     This package includes tables and chairs for up to 500 guests (additional tables and chairs must be arranged for rental and delivery by the client for groups over 500), the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, Irem Provost parking services (required for groups of 101 or more), stage, dance floor, electricity, handicap accessible restrooms and the removal of trash at the conclusion of your event. This package allows for the use of the main pavilion three hours prior to the event, four hours for event festivities and one hour cleanup.

Fundraiser/Ticket Selling Event

300-700 guests/9 hours use – $1200.00

     This package includes tables and chairs for up to 500 guests (additional tables and chairs must be arranged for rental and delivery by the client for groups over 500), the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, Irem Provost parking services (required for groups of 101 or more), stage, dance floor, electricity, handicap accessible restrooms and the removal of trash at the conclusion of your event. This package allows for the use of the main pavilion three hours prior to the event, five hours for event festivities and one hour cleanup.

Additional hour: $50.00

 

 

Charitable Fundraiser – 501-3C Certificate

300-700 guests/9 hours use- $1000.00

     This package includes tables and chairs for up to 500 guests (additional tables and chairs must be arranged for rental and delivery by the client for groups over 500), the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, Irem Provost parking services (required for groups of 101 or more), stage, dance floor, electricity, handicap accessible restrooms and the removal of trash at the conclusion of your event. GUN CLUB PAVILION

     Irem’s Gun Club Pavilion accommodates up to 80 guests and provides the following amenities: picnic tables, kitchen facility with an oven, refrigerator, sink, tables and countertop, electricity, outdoor lighting, restrooms and parking.

2016 rental rate: $250.00 for up to 4 hours and $50.00 each additional hour

(All alcohol must be contracted through Irem Country Club. No outside alcohol will be permitted on the premises. Outside food is permitted at the Gun Club Pavilion or you may inquire about our preferred caterers)

 

RV PAVILION

     Irem’s RV Pavilion accommodates up to 100 guests and provides the following amenities: tables and chairs, refrigeration, restrooms, electricity, outdoor lighting and parking.

2016 rental rate: $200.00 for up to 4 hours and $40.00 each additional hour

MEETING ROOMS

Irem Country Club has rooms available for small business or club meetings.

2016 rental rate: $50.00 for up to 4 hours and $12.50 for each additional hour.
